Alex is the Director of Land Development Site Plans and a Civil Engineer. He has over 18 years of experience in a wide range of land development projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, with a specialization in high rise multi-family residential and employment development. Alex oversees his team in taking projects from inception to completion, from due diligence studies through detailed design, to services during construction. His expert knowledge of the development process has assisted clients in completing over 100 projects throughout his career resulting in over 7 million square feet of industrial space and approximately 20,000 residential units.
