Dave is a member of the Board and a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario and Qualified Person with the Ministry of Environment with over 30 years of experience in geotechnical, environmental and project management. Engaged in projects with both the private sector developers and planners and public sector municipalities, Dave has provided timely and effective advice and solutions to support complex projects.
