Dave is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario and a Qualified Person with extensive experience in geotechnical, environmental and project management. Engaged in projects with both the private sector developers and planners and public sector municipalities, Dave has provided timely and effective advice and solutions to support complex projects.

Paul is a member of the Board and President specializing in operational and technical management. His expertise lies in coordinating a wide array of environmental compliance and monitoring services, including soil, groundwater, sub-surface/soil vapour, and ambient air quality assessments. Paul excels in integrating diverse disciplines to foster collaboration and develop strategic solutions. He provides critical oversight to ensure the financial stability and success of projects, strategies, and corporate initiatives.

Mark is a member of the Board and Executive Vice President with experience as an Ecology service line expert on infrastructure and land development projects. Mark has overseen teams consisting of ecologists, environmental impact assessment experts, and social scientists, including archaeologists and cultural heritage specialists. Demonstrating a successful fusion of diverse disciplines, Mark brings a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, providing strategic direction to ensure successful outcomes.

Joe is the Director Geotechnical and a Certified Management Health & Safety Representative. manage a variety of disciplines including geotechnical, environmental, hydrogeology, hygiene, air quality and material testing. His role includes key client contact and management of infrastructure and development projects working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide solutions for the client. 

Sean is a member of the Board and the Director of Instrumentation & Monitoring with extensive experience in both Canada and the US. He has lead projects across Canada with a focus in the greater Toronto area and participated in major projects for MTO, Metrolinx, TTC and Toronto Hydro. Sean and his team’s specialty includes the design and operation of instrumentation and monitoring programs, data automation and digitalization, noise, and vibration monitoring. He is also experienced in environmental engineering, field investigation and data analysis.

Adrian is a member of the Board and the Director of Finance and is responsible for EnVision’s financial functions, including full cycle accounting, treasury, risk management and finance. He also oversees and manages the human resources and administrative activities. His expertise includes financial management and reporting, ERP implementations and migrations and managing accounting functions. 

Scott is a member of the Board with extensive consulting geotechnical engineering experience in Ontario with emphasis on the heavy-civil, transportation, tunnelling, water and wastewater sector. Scott is well versed in geotechnical and environmental aspects of design and construction work, particularly as it relates to the transit, water and wastewater industry. Scott has led the ground and groundwater investigations for several of Ontario’s largest transit expansion as well as contributed to design-build projects such as Confederation Line East LRT and the bid for the Montreal Reseau Electrique de Montreal (REM).

Joe is a member of the Board and the Executive Vice President Infrastructure with professional engineering and construction experience managing a wide variety of linear infrastructure and land development projects. His extensive expertise includes all aspects of complex infrastructure work, utility infrastructure, stormwater management and site servicing for both private and public sectors. His diverse portfolio spans the range of largescale trunk feedermains to the design of complex integrated site servicing solutions projects.

Jenna is the Director Environment and an Environmental Engineer experienced in people, project, and client management in the fields of site assessment & remediation, risk assessment, environmental compliance, excess soil management, and designated substances & hazardous materials. Jenna leads various teams, ensuring their operational, technical, and financial performance. Possessing strong communication and analytical abilities, she specializes in large multi-disciplinary infrastructure and development projects. 

Dhru is the Director of Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional experienced managing and directing large, multidisciplinary projects and programs, Dhru is well versed in developing strategies and practices to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. Dhru is a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders and provides decision-grade information and advice to achieve successful project outcomes.

Joseph is the Director of Land Development Subdivisions and a Civil Engineer with experience in site grading and servicing, stormwater management, and project management. Joseph leads his team in the execution of multidisciplinary projects, guiding clients through various stages of the development process. He has leveraged his strong technical, communication, analytical proficiency to deliver many projects across the Greater Toronto Area.

Galib is the Director Business Development with experience in business development and project management with demonstrated success in fostering and nurturing long-lasting client relationships. His proven track record executing effective business plans, strategies, and visions has allowed him to support the development of successful, profitable operations within multiple markets. He is adept in tactical and strategic planning and building a strong rapport with staff, vendors, and clients.

Michael is the Director Water and an Environmental Engineer, specializing in private wastewater and hydrogeological engineering. Proficient in land development studies, wastewater design, and water resource assessments, he leads teams through tight schedules and complex technical challenges. A former Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association Board treasurer, Michael is recognized as a foremost trusted advisor in decentralized wastewater servicing, showcasing his influential role in the industry.

Alex is the Director of Land Development Site Plans and a Civil Engineer with experience in a wide range of land development projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, with a specialization in high rise multi-family residential and employment development. Alex oversees his team in taking projects from inception to completion, from due diligence studies through detailed design, to services during construction. His expert knowledge of the development process has assisted clients in completing over 100 projects throughout his career resulting in over 7 million square feet of industrial space and approximately 20,000 residential units.
